We only provide shippment to the countries that are stated below, with a promise of delivery in around 15 work days.

Shipping is free of chrage within the EU single market on orders for above 35 euros, including those :

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

Free shipping above 35 euros also includes the United Kingdom

Any shippments outside of the countris mentioned above may include additional fees such as taxes and customs which we are not liable for. We also conserve the right to denie any order outside of the EU single market

We also provide free shippments on orders above 99 Euros: exluding such additional fees stated above.


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you on a later date comfirming your return. 


If you, the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).


The return address that are appicable, is based on where your package was fulfilled(shipped from):

  • Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to:  Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.

  • Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to: Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

  • Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to: Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.

Disclaimer the adresses stated above should only be used for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to the stated addresses above will be returned to the sender. 

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Aeon's Documents won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.


There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
